Public Workshop: February 2018
On February 27, 2018 the Village hosted the final public visioning workshop at Warner Library to gather input on the actions the Village should prioritize to further the goals of the Comprehensive Plan and advance the Waterfront & Station Area zoning project. Input on the proposed Comprehensive Plan actions and Station Area land uses continued online after the event.

Town Hall Meeting: January 2017
On January 5, 2017 the Village hosted a Town Hall meeting to present the findings of the Tarrytown, Connected report, which outlines development ideas for the station area and waterfront. The Village also outlined next steps that the Village will be taking to advance the project, including updating the Village's Comprehensive Plan and amending zoning regulations in the project area.

Scenarios Workshop: June 2016
On Saturday, June 4th the Village hosted a workshop at the Senior Center to discuss different ideas for how the station area and waterfront could potentially be developed to achieve the vision of a CONNECTED, ECONMICALLY BENEFICIAL, RESILIENT & SUSTAINABLE, and SOCIALLY EQUITABLE station area and waterfront.
At this event we discussed different possibilities for how land in the study area could be used and how views, taxes, traffic and parking would be affected under different development scenarios.
Community Visioning Workshop: November 2015
At this workshop we looked at maps, we discussed ideas...we worked together to come up with a vision for our station area and waterfront:

Tarrytown Economic Development Strategy Open House: September 2015
At this event we discussed ideas for a Village-wide economic development strategy for Tarrytown. We are planning for the future of the whole Village and the station area and waterfront are just one piece of the puzzle. The Tarrytown Economic Development Strategy outlines a vision for how Tarrytown can grow its economy while maintaining its character. We all know taxes are too high- we need a plan for a sustainable future.
